I am a mortgage banker and have access and knowledge of many Realtors. I chose David because he showed up at my door and said he could sell my house after I listed it for sale by owner on Zillow. I told him what I needed to net from the sale in order to retire from my job and move to Mexico. He did exactly what he promised with no fuss and in one week. I see Realtors on a daily basis and the way they treat people, David was calm and assured throughout and made the whole transaction as simple as possible, I cannot recommend him more highly. I am writing this from my home on the beach in Mexico, so I guess that says it all!
