I met David through a facebook group that was local to our community. He didn't advertise that he was a realtor, he just threw it out there when someone mentioned that they were looking to buy a house. I hate all salespeople in general, so I figured if I had to have a realtor, I might as well have one that talks to me on a community board with his reputation at stake... But, and it kills me to say this, David was absolutely amazing. We bought a home in AZ and got hosed on the deal pretty bad, our realtor was also the seller's realtor and we were first time buyers so we didn't know any better, so I was very skeptical of the entire process. He was patient and smiled and nodded when I'd rant, and guide me when I genuinely had no idea what to do. We met on Wednesday, saw 4 houses before putting in an offer that night, and had an agreement done on Friday. David held my hand and made me comfortable with every last detail and changed something if I didn't like it. I felt like I was in control of the process and David worked for me and me only. We closed escrow in 23 days and we couldn't be happier. He got us an amazing deal on our home, while negotiating some pretty high-risk things for us, and I feel like we got the deal we wanted to for the house we wanted. We have absolutely no regrets with our buy and couldn't ask for a better person to handle our real-estate business.
