You know when you meet someone and it feels like that scene from Step Brothers-- "Did we just become best friends? YEP!" That's how it is with David Wolf. This guy knows what he's doing. I don't just mean he's a good agent and gets by from 9-5. No, I mean he legitimately KNOWS what he is doing. He knows how to sell houses. He knows real estate. He's honest, trustworthy, and exceeds all expectations. He's a husband and a father, and knows what it's like to have to work around your schedule. In fact, he turns his schedule into your schedule. So you get home from work, finish homework with your kids, feed the baby, eat dinner, get the kids to bed, and all of a sudden it's 10pm at night and you're just now sitting down to some paperwork from David, but you have no idea what that term means... call him. Text him. He's there, ready to answer any questions you have. We decided to sell our house, and really, we thought we were kind of in a very meh house. We weren't entirely positive we'd come out on top, and were honestly a little afraid to list. He came to our home and assured us it was great. We were able to list at a very competitive price, and ended up in escrow within a week. Not joking! Less than a week and we had multiple offers far greater than list price.
