Wonderful agent. Always attentive to our situation and understanding of our real estate and financial needs. All of this is well and good, and David is all of these things. But he is also able to do something that few other agents, in my opinion, can do. He has the experience to know the real value of a property so that he can set the price and know that it will realistically sell at that price. He got as much value from our home as we could get and we didn't spend very long on the market waiting for it to sell. Would definitely recommend to other sellers.
